What We Did
- Began designing the chain decks
- Met with our engineer to finalize the designs
- Ordered the metal and began the fabrication process
- Painted the pieces and began assembly

Created a design for chain decks and conveyors that can be customized as the customers' needs change.

Their goal was to be able to remove sections and modify their chain decks for whatever application is needed without having to replace the chain decks they already have.
They were unable to get chain decks and conveyors that matched the exact sizing and function they needed.

The deciding factor for them was when they saw the concept drawings and how components can be added/removed/changed as their demands and applications changed.
Once the sale was made, we immediately ordered parts and started fabricating the components. As the metal components were being completed, the team started wiring up the motors, putting the chains together, and assembling the chain decks and conveyors. When everything was completed, we tested the machine and sent videos to the customers.

The customer now has several chain decks and conveyors installed around their shop that were customized to their exact specifications. They no longer have to shuffle around the old equipment in hopes of achieving the work flow they were looking for.
