Projects
Rip/Chop Line moved and installed in New York
This custom project was built in our shop. We sourced used equipment, repaired, made modifications and customized it for the users application as well as built custom software and a custom user interface. It was then dismantled, shipped and re-installed at the customer’s facility by the RT Machine Service team. From start to finish, boards are on the line and ready to use when done.
Used Board Scanning, Optimizing, and Cross-Cutting System
Dismantled, prepared the unit for shipment, arranged all shipping, and then re-installed the unit at the customer’s facility. Along the way, we were also asked to increase the working height of the entire line and add cat-walks.
Full Dust Collection set up in Willmington, Delaware
Unit moved, installed and set up in a shop in WIllmington for an easier and cleaner dust collection process.
